Brown rice pasta instead of wheat pasta

Plant based milk instead of dairy milk

Many people have dairy milk intolerances while environmentalists are wary of the greenhouse gases from dairy milk production systems. Enter plant based milks. These days we are spoiled for choice. There are many options (almond, cashew, soy, coconut, rice, oat to name a few) that can suit our individual needs.
